How do I make changes to a previously ordered song?

Our personalized songs are created just for you.  The customization process begins shortly after an order is received.  If you realize you have made an error in your personalization, please message us immediately at

If your song has not been started, we can accomodate this change.  While we do our best to accomodate requests, it is not always possible to change any part of the song after the order has been submitted.  For this reason, please look over your personalizations very carefully and contact us prior to order with any questions or concerns.

What format will I receive my song in?

Your completed, customized song will be delivered to the email address you provided us as an M4A.  The M4A file has a better sound quality compared to the MP3.  It has a large bit rate, and larger file zie, which creates better sound quality.  Ideally, the orginial sound of the music is maintained when one is downloading a song in M4A format.

Android tablets and phones, plus Apple's iphones, Ipad, and Ipad touch, function as M4A players too, and can play the file directly from an email or website without needing a special app, regardless or whether it uses AAC or ALAC.  

*If for some reason you are not able to open the audio file you have received, please contact us at and we will resend the song in an alternate format.

Can I Cancel an order?

Our window to cancel your order is very short. The customization process for your song begins shortly after your order is received. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order once it is placed.  If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at

What if there are errors in my song?

If there are any errors in your song including:

-mispronouncing someone's name

-singing the wrong information that you provided to us when completing your order form into the song

We will redo your song at no additional cost to you
